Unlike traditional roadside services, we can accommodate specific ultralux towing and transportation needs. Emergency roadside assistance is available on a “sign & drive” basis, nationwide, 24 hours a day. 365 days a year, up to a maximum benefit of $ 250 per incident. Towing, Jumpstart, Flat Tire Change (with Inflated Spare), and Lockout assistance are included in the benefit. A maximum of three (3) incidents per 12 months.

In the event your vehicle is in need of an overnight repair, you may be reimbursed for up to (10) days, at $150 per day ($1.500 max), for rental car reimbursement expenses you incur.

In the event of a covered mechanical breakdown and you are in excess of 100 miles from your primary residence, you may be reimbursed up to $300 per day ($900 max per occurrence), for meals and lodging expenses you incur.

VIP benefits include “white glove” emergency roadside assistance, rental car and travel reimbursements. Our exclusive optional add-ons include luxury key/fob benefit, tire and wheel and a performance parts surcharge. you handle the compliments, we’ll handle the rest.

In the event you damage, destroy, or lose your key, and/or, Key Fob we will reimburse you up to $1,500 per incident for the repair or replacement of an OEM (or like kind quality replacement) Key/Fob/Remote. Transportation and additional lost key benefits also included.

Give your investment some added protection against unexpected hazards the road might throw your way. The Tire and Wheel Program will pay to repair or replace your tires and wheels if your vehicle’s tires are damaged by a road hazard–such as a polehole, nail, tree limb or other debris. All repairs or replacements will be performed by authorized repair technicians and facilities.

Factory authorized or inclusive performance parts installed by the manufacturer are covered such as (but not limited to): F1 Clutch, hydraulic suspension and paddle shifters. The contract will be voided in its entirety if the vehicle is used in a competitive manner (i.e. timed laps or runs). Participation in track day events other than competitive events will not void the service contract, unless the vehicle is hired to do so on a commercial basis.
